What’s the purpose of Session Planning:

*Gives you a studio tour if your planning an in studio session. You get familiar with me, my studio and all of its amenities.

*Gives you a chance to try on any of our exclusive maternity dresses

*Gives you a chance to pick backdrops, styles & looks and see from those what I have to offer.

 But most importantly it gives you a chance to ask any questions about packages, what to expect, also clarify any studio policy’s. studio policy Information

At the end of the Session Planning you are given the opportunity to book in a session or sessions with our studio.

A Session Planning can take up to 45-60mins.

Should you plan to move forward with booking dates there and then.

Some additional time could be needed over and above the Session Planning. Add another 30-60 Mins depending how many sessions being booked.

If you wish to book a date at the end of the complimentary Session Planning:

You will need to sign a Booking Contract and pay a Non-Refundable retainer fee of $150 to reserve the session date & time.

Also At this time you will need to plan your session/s

From package choice you will need to choose: Session Dates & Time (Newborns are always booked by their due date) The studio adjusts depending on when they make their arrival!

Choices needed at booking for each type of session:

Family Sessions: In Studio or On Location

Maternity Sessions: Location Saskatoon in or Out of Studio

Make dress & prop choices for Maternity Session ex flower crowns, belly sashes, chalkboards etc (if applicable) 30 mins approx

Props for Newborn Session, set backgrounds chosen, clothing & outfit choices narrowed down, color choices for bean bag posing, backdrop choice for family or sibling images. This way if baby arrives early you have no worries and I will have everything ready and set up when you arrive for your session. That way when baby is ready to go we are too. We don’t want to waste those precious sleep cycles.

This can take 20-45 min approx (depends on what options the package offers) More time for more prop planning.

Birthday: Location can be outdoors if cake smash and splash are not selected.

Sitter, Birthday & All Milestone sessions Props chosen to sit in or on, colors, fur, flowers, outfits and backdrop options

Theme’s for Cake Smashes must be decided so the Cake Designer can design to clothing, colors, theme etc.

All these choices get noted and included for the booking contract. Once you sign and pay non refundable deposit, you can walk away knowing we have covered everything and we will capture phenomenal memories. That even your child’s, children will enjoy!
