Step One: The Design Consultation & Planning Appointment

This could even be the most important step. This is where we get to meet each other and I get to learn more about your family, their personalities together and separate. I want to showcase their uniqueness and show the most of you and them in each image we capture.

We will go over every detail of your session. Ill offer up suggestions and you can pick what best fits your style. We will narrow down locations and have you choose what best works during that season.

Its always best to photograph with the end in mind. So having an idea of what products you’d like to see your images made from gives us the perfect starting point.

We offer Heirloom products that will preserve those cherished memories for years to come. Some of our products include Custom Birth Announcements, Museum quality fine art prints, heirloom Albums, Heirloom museum canvases, wood art pieces and modern metals and more.

Step Two: Gown Fitting

Our second step in our Fine Art Experience is our gown fitting. This happens during the planning stage, weeks before your photo session. We have a beautiful collection of couture and designer gowns as well as many more sleek and fitted. Something for every ones tastes. Some have long trains for tossing and some are train less. This are exclusively for our clients to use if they wish. These can be viewed at the booking consult.

At this appointment you will get to pick your favorite gowns and any accessories you wish to match. We will also help you coordinate your family’s looks and make sure they have outfits that will match in proper color coordination if you’d like.

This is also when you will receive the session prep guide. I will also remind you of the little things you will need to bring for the session and make sure any questions are answered so you leave feeling prepared and ready for your session.

The Third Step: Your Personalized Photo Session

This is where the magic and memories happen! This is where we create and capture this moment in time for you to treasure for years to come.

We offer outdoor sessions on location all around Saskatoon, Martensville, Warman, Dundurn Saskatchewan areas all year long. As well as we offer sessions in our Studio located in the Stonebridge area of Saskatoon.

Maternity Sessions Generally last 1.5 - 2 hours and newborn sessions can last up to 3-4 hours.

The Fourth Step, in the Fine Art Experience is the: Reveal Session

This is my favorite part of the whole process. i get to deliver to you your viewing gallery where you get to see all these beautiful images we created for you. Its always amazing when we get some happy tears which is quite often.

This Reveal session takes place generally 2 weeks after your session. As soon as I’m finished the editing and final polishes, I email you and book you in as soon as possible.

We start off the viewing with a slideshow of your gallery. Then we can assist you in selecting the images for your final decisions on how you’d like to preserve them.

The Final Step of the Fine Art Experience, is The Delivery!

The day you have been planning and waiting for. As soon as they arrive at the studio I contact you to book in your pick up.

Turnaround times vary of the differing products some are same day or take only one week and some take 2 or more and on the handcrafted albums some can even take 6 weeks. Generally 2 weeks is the average wait for most products.

I send another prep guide on how to hang and compose your newly acquired keepsake art. This will help your preserve even your digital files for years to come.

Whats left form then on is to enjoy your artwork and cherish them for years to come.
